Staying well-hydrated is extremely important for all athletes.  As a soccer player, you exert incredible energy, often during the heat of he day.  The following information was provided by a physical therapist, and is highly recommended reading.  Players' parents are encouraged to review this information and to do your part in helping your player to stay well-hydrated:
